Shipping Charges

The shipping charge is 130 BDT for parcels up to 1 kg (Home Delivery).
Point Delivery: 100 BDT.
An additional 20 BDT will be charged for every additional 1 kg.
Example: The shipping charge for a 2 kg parcel will be 150 BDT (130 + 20).
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the products and will be confirmed when the order is confirmed.

Shipping Charges for Multiple Orders on the Same Day

If a customer places multiple separate orders on the same day, they do not need to pay a separate shipping or courier charge for each order.

If the products from multiple orders placed on the same day can be shipped together, only one shipping charge will apply to all the products.

In other words, customers will not be charged a separate shipping fee for each order when the orders are combined into one delivery. The total weight of all products will be considered, and one shipping charge will be calculated based on the combined weight.

Example:
If you place 3 separate orders on the same day and all three orders can be shipped together, you do not have to pay 3 separate shipping charges. The products from all three orders will be combined, and only one shipping charge will be calculated based on their total weight.

Delivery Time

Question: How many days will it take to receive my order?

Answer: You will normally receive your order within 1 to 5 days after the order is confirmed. However, delivery may take longer due to natural disasters, transportation problems, or unexpected issues with the courier service. We always try our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Which Courier Service Do We Use?

Krishighor mainly delivers products through Steadfast Courier Service. However, other reliable courier services may also be used when necessary.

Question: Will the products have sufficient remaining shelf life when I receive them?

Answer: Yes. We strive to provide products with a usable remaining shelf life and ensure that the agricultural products we supply are original/genuine. Krishighor supplies agricultural products from original and reliable sources.
